Auctioneers and Valuation Panels

Public Trustee, as executor, administrator and trustee, act as vendor for more than 350 properties each year. When administering estates, among the most difficult functions are obtaining valuations of property and assets, considering selling them and distributing the proceeds to beneficiaries.

Public Trustee has a value added service through a valuation / auctioneers panel. This panel provides a valuation and a sale service for personal assets and complements the Real Estate Panel.

The process operates across the range of personal assets, including furniture and effects, motor vehicles, boats, trailers, caravans, jewellery, antiques, stamp and coin collections and other assets of a personal nature.
