Investment Strategy
Cash is a very low risk strategy designed to achieve a return comparable
to the 90 day bank bill rate and yet provide the added advantage of having
the funds available on a 24 hour call basis for amounts of up to $1,000,000.
Investments include at bank deposits and are diversified between short
term money market instruments as well as fixed and floating rate interest
instruments.

Capital
Stable Investment Strategy
Capital Stable is a low risk diversified strategy designed to achieve
an attractive level of income combined with some capital growth over the
medium to long term. The mix between "growth" and "defensive" assets will
be approximately 25/75 over time. Although the portfolio is well diversified
and soundly managed, returns will be subject to market variations and
there is a small risk that the value of the portfolio may fall. Accordingly,
you may invest using this Strategy if you have an investment time horizon
of greater than two years.

Balanced
Investment Strategy
Balanced is a medium risk strategy designed to achieve a combination of
reasonable income and sound capital growth over the medium to long term.
The mix between "growth" and "defensive" assets will be approximately
50/50 over time. Although the portfolio is well diversified and soundly
managed, returns will be subject to market variations and there is moderate
risk that the value of the portfolio may fall. Accordingly, you may invest
using this Strategy if you have an investment time horizon of greater
than three years.

Growth
Investment Strategy
Growth is a medium to high risk strategy designed to achieve capital growth
together with some income over the medium to long term. The mix between
the "growth" and "defensive" assets will be approximately 70/30 over time.
Although the portfolio is well diversified and soundly managed, returns
will be subject to market variations and there is a risk that the value
of the portfolio may fall. Accordingly, you may invest using this Strategy
if you have an investment time horizon of greater than five years.

Equities
Investment Strategy
Equities is a relatively high risk strategy which aims to achieve an attractive
level of capital growth over the long term together with some income.
Investments are diversified between Australian and overseas shares. A
small proportion of the assets may be invested in the Cash Fund. The mix
between Australian and overseas shares will be approximately 60/40 over
time. Although the portfolio is well diversified and soundly managed,
returns will be subject to market variations and the value of the portfolio
may fall. Accordingly, you may invest in this Strategy if they have an
investment time horizon of greater than 10 years.
